Thực hiện nội dung Tổ chức mạng lưới quản lý và triển khai các hoạt động sử dụng năng lượng tiết kiệm và hiệu quả tại các tỉnh, thành phố đến nay mạng lưới các trung tâm TKNL, trung tâm khuyến công, đơn vị tư vấn trong lĩnh vực TKNL đã được thành lập và có mặt ở cả 3 miền. Các hoạt động của các đơn vị này đều do Văn phòng TKNL quốc gia chỉ đạo và điều phối, giám sát.
